What products are subscription based?

All our products are subscription based since July 1, 2020.

Should I buy a new or renew license?

License is tied to a physical PC. You can purchase a renew license only if you have an ACTIVE license on this PC. If the license expired, you need to buy a new license. If your license expired less than 30 days ago, please contact support for remedy. For all other cases, you need to purchase a new license.

When should I activate my NEW license?

You should activate the new license ASAP because the subscription starts when you purchased the software.

When should I activate my RENEW license?

You should activate the renew license ASAP because it must be activated before the current license expires. The a license adds 12 months to your current license regardless when you activate it. You can activate the renew license up to 3 months before it expires.

Do you offer site license for subscription?

Not online purchase at this moment. Please contact us at support@hsu-computing.com if you plan to purchase more than 20 individual licenses.

I use a desktop at office and laptop home. How many subscriptions do I need?

You need two subscriptions, one for desktop and one for laptop. Subscription is tied to the physical computer, not user.
