Activate License Offline

Please follow steps:

  1. Find "Hardware ID" of your computer.
  2. Get "License Key" online under your account.
  3. Use "License Key" to activate your program.
1. Find "Hardware ID" of your computer
  • Open your HIPAA program, go to Help -> 'Activate License' submenu.
  • Click on "Offline Activation" link at the bottom of the window.
  • Click on "Display Hardware ID of this PC" at the top the window.
2. Get "License Key" online under your account.
  • Point your browser to www.hsu-computing.com, and login to your account.
  • Once login, click on your email address on the top right hand corner.
  • Click on "Your Order History" under your account.
  • Find the order and click on "License Detail".
  • Click on "Generate a new license".
  • Enter or paste "Hardware ID" you obtained from step 1 to generate License Key.
3. Use "License Key" to activate your program.
  • Open your HIPAA program, go to Help -> 'Activate License' submenu.
  • Click on "Offline Activation" link at the bottom of the window.
  • Enter your email address, company name, and "License Key" from step 2 to activate the license.
