Please remove PHI from your file before upload it to test. A free tool is included in "HIPAA File to Excel Desktop" program. Use "Tools" menu, then "De-Identify HIPAA File" submenu to run the program. You can download the program here: Download HIPAA File to Excel Desktop

Your HIPAA file is deleted after conversion. The converted Excel file is also deleted after it is downloaded. Make sure to download the converted Excel file after successful conversion.

Please do not use data in the output file for your production. This is a conversion trial run where output data has been altered.
